Why it matters
ServiceNow's figures point to fast-growing use of AI agents in production among its own customers, which could mean that large companies are starting to move agents from trials into real business processes. In the release, ServiceNow also highlighted the control layer it offers for managing agents and its AI Passport tool for verifying agent permissions. For companies in Türkiye that are digitizing support and request processes, it may help to define from the start which records agents may act on and how usage-based costs will be tracked.
