Can employee surveys be anonymous?
Yes. In YazSis KurumsalPortal's Survey Management module, surveys can be published anonymously or to a target group. The anonymous option lets employees share their views without being linked to their identity. It is one of the KVKK-focused controls in KurumsalPortal, so feedback is collected in a safer setting.
Can we send a survey to one department only?
Yes. For a targeted survey in YazSis KurumsalPortal's Survey Management module, you select the audience before publishing, for example a single department or a specific group of employees. After publishing, you can track the participation rate within the selected audience.
How are survey results and participation reported?
In YazSis KurumsalPortal's Survey Management module, participation is tracked while the survey is live and the results are analyzed. The analysis shows the participation rate, the answer distribution for each question and key areas for improvement, and you can review results by department, so decisions rest on data.
