How are asset returns and transfers recorded?
In YazSis KurumsalPortal's Asset & Assignment Management module, when an assigned asset is returned or transferred to another employee or location, the movement is recorded on the asset's card. One record shows each handover and who has it now, and departing employees' returns close through the same flow.
Can we use barcodes for asset tracking?
Yes. In YazSis KurumsalPortal's Asset & Assignment Management module, inventory cards carry barcode information and every asset has a unique assignment number. Because each card shows the asset's owner, location, status and movement history together, inventory counts are faster and better organized.
Can we see an asset's fault and movement history?
Yes. YazSis KurumsalPortal's Asset & Assignment Management module stores assignment, return, transfer, fault, repair, scrap and loss movements on the asset's card. You can trace back which employees used a device, when it broke down and when it was sent for repair.
Can we import our existing Excel inventory list?
Yes. YazSis KurumsalPortal supports bulk import from Excel, so your existing fixed asset list can be brought into the Asset & Assignment Management module without entering records one by one. Records can later be exported as XLSX reports, so counts and audits use an up-to-date list.
