KurumsalPortal is installed on your own server, so employee, document and approval data is not sent to a third-party cloud. Standard cPanel hosting is enough: the system runs on PHP and MySQL, and you install it with a setup wizard in the browser.
The installation model and module scope are clarified together during the needs analysis.Where is the data kept?
Records are kept in the MySQL database on your server. You set backup and access rules according to your own IT policy.
KVKK-focused permissions
Role-based data scope, masking of Turkish ID numbers and IBANs, document access logs and audit logs let you track who sees what.

Employees sign in from their phone's browser. Location-verified check-ins for field teams also work in the browser.

YazSis KurumsalPortal runs on your own server, and your data is not sent to a third-party cloud. Standard cPanel hosting is enough, because the system runs on PHP and MySQL. Records stay in the MySQL database on your server, under your own IT policy.
Do employees need to install an app on their phones?
No. YazSis KurumsalPortal is used from the phone's browser. Employees handle tasks such as leave requests, approvals and notifications without downloading an app, so nothing has to be installed on their phones before they start using the portal.
Which KVKK-focused controls does the portal include?
For KVKK, Turkey's personal data protection law, YazSis KurumsalPortal offers role-based data scope, masking of sensitive fields such as Turkish ID numbers and IBANs, document access logs, audit logs, visitor KVKK consent records and an anonymous survey option. These controls help you build KVKK-focused processes.
Can it work alongside our existing ERP, time-attendance (PDKS) or payroll system?
YazSis KurumsalPortal runs on its own. If data needs to move between the portal and your ERP, time-attendance (PDKS) or payroll system, we define together during the needs analysis which data is transferred and how. The scope is then shaped by your project.
Do we have to take all 33 modules at once?
No. With YazSis KurumsalPortal you start with the modules you need. As your needs grow, new modules are added to the same user, permission and notification infrastructure, so you build on the setup you already have instead of starting a separate system.
