Privacy Policy and Protection of Personal Data

1. Data controller and scope

YazSis is the data controller under applicable personal data protection rules. YazSis determines the purposes and means of processing and is responsible for lawful, limited and secure processing.

This policy covers contact and demo forms on yazsis.com, the YazSis AI solution assistant and advertising platform forms published for YazSis, including LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms.

2. Personal data collected and collection methods

Data is collected electronically when you submit a form, send an advertising platform form, contact us by email or phone, or share information with the AI assistant.

• First and last name
• Email address and phone number
• Company, organisation, role and preferred contact details
• Product or service interest, demo request and project need
• Other information provided in forms, assistant or message fields
• Limited technical records required to understand source and protect the request

3. Processing purposes

• Receive and evaluate demo, meeting, quotation or information requests
• Route the request to the appropriate product, service or expert
• Contact you by email, phone or your requested channel
• Provide request-specific information about relevant products and services
• Clarify needs, schedule a meeting or demo and conclude the request
• Maintain information security, prevent misuse and manage records and disputes

4. Legal bases

Data may be processed where necessary to take steps toward or perform a contract, establish or protect a right, comply with legal obligations, or pursue YazSis’s legitimate interests without overriding your fundamental rights. Where consent is legally required, it is requested separately for a specific purpose.

Submitting a demo or information request does not by itself constitute permission for general marketing.

5. Retention and security

Data is retained for the time needed to assess and complete the request and, afterwards, only as required for legal duties, limitation periods and dispute management. It is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised through periodic processes.

YazSis applies risk-appropriate technical and organisational safeguards including restricted authorisation, access control, secure communications, record protection, updates and backups.

6. Service providers and advertising platforms

Personal data is not sold. It may be shared only as necessary with confidentiality-bound hosting, email, IT, communications, CRM or similar providers and legally authorised public bodies.

When you submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form or another advertising-platform form, the data first reaches YazSis through that platform. The platform is responsible for its independent processing under its own privacy policy; data received by YazSis is used only for the purposes stated here.

If provider infrastructure entails an international transfer, YazSis applies the transfer mechanisms and safeguards required by applicable data protection law. Provider access is limited to assigned duties.

7. Separating a demo request from marketing permission

Contact details submitted for a demo, quotation or information request are used first to answer and conclude that request. This is not consent to receive campaigns, newsletters or ongoing marketing.

Where the law requires permission for commercial electronic messages or regular marketing, YazSis provides a separate, clear and revocable permission mechanism. Declining it does not prevent the original request from being assessed.

8. Your data protection rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask YazSis to:

• Confirm whether your data is processed and provide information
• Explain purposes and whether data is used accordingly
• Identify recipients in Türkiye or abroad
• Correct incomplete or inaccurate data
• Delete or destroy data where legal conditions apply
• Notify recipients of correction, deletion or destruction
• Object to adverse results produced solely by automated analysis
• Seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing

9. Requests and contact

Send privacy or data-rights requests to YazSis with enough information to verify your identity. Requests are handled as soon as possible and within the applicable statutory period.
