Can we see who has read an announcement?
Yes. YazSis KurumsalPortal's Announcements & News Management module tracks the read status of every announcement and provides a distribution report. Internal communications and HR teams use this report to see which of the targeted people the announcement reached and who has not read it yet.
How do we reach field employees who have no company email?
In YazSis KurumsalPortal's Announcements & News Management module, announcements can also be sent by SMS in addition to the portal. Field and production employees without a company email address receive them by SMS, and SMS messages are sent through your organization's own NetGSM account.
Can we schedule an announcement for a later date?
Yes. In YazSis KurumsalPortal's Announcements & News Management module, you set the publishing time after preparing the content and choosing the audience. The announcement then goes out at that time through the portal, email and SMS, and its read status is reported after publication.
