Co-founder and CEO Chris Diorio credited the strength of the M800 in the market, resilient retail demand, growth in lighthouse accounts and momentum for Gen2X, and said he expects these trends to continue.
Why it matters
Impinj's record endpoint chip revenue and volumes show continued demand for RAIN RFID chips, and the company lists resilient retail demand among the reasons for the record. For Turkish companies considering RFID for stock counts, shipment checks or warehouse tracking, this may signal that the chip and tag ecosystem is still growing. When planning a project, it is worth considering reader placement and how RFID data will flow into the ERP or warehouse software alongside the tag price.
